Products and Services | Forms MENU Home MENU Home Login Important Notice: Changes To Your Giving Fund Account Please read the following informational communication regarding your Donor Advised Fund (DAF”) established by you and your Financial Advisor under AssetMark’s Giving Fund (Fund”). As you know, ImpactAssets Inc. (IA”) has serviced your DAF in the Giving Fund as administrator and sponsor. AssetMark has notified your advisor, and we wish to notify you that AssetMark is changing the DAF sponsor on its platform and all DAF accounts will transfer to GiveClear Foundation (GiveClear”) effective June 14th, 2024. Your Donor Advised Fund account will automatically move to the new GiveClear program as part of AssetMark’s transition to a new DAF administrator. Following this transition, you will receive further instructions from GiveClear to complete your account set-up. ImpactAssets will undertake a final grant distribution cycle on May 30, 2024 , following which your account will be temporarily frozen. Any grants that cannot be completed by May 30 will be canceled and need to be reestablished under the new GiveClear program. You will continue to have read-only access to your account until the transfer date of June 14.
